Strategy
|
The success of a company depends on a range of different factors: profitability, the quality of products and services, customer acquisition and retention, together with the culture of the organisation and employee motivation. Quite often, successful companies excel in at least one of these areas. These influential factors need to be aligned with the organisational strategy if a company is to develop favourably. Inadequate or non-transparent strategic guidelines lead directly to ineffectiveness and loss of direction amongst middle management. What the company needs, however, is to be supported by strategically planned and division-specific value contributions.
A good corporate strategy links vision and tactics, and also often provides a company’s different divisions with their operational goals. Once the value contributions have been defined for the divisions and functions of an organisation, realistic, specific goals can be formulated and implemented at every level of the organisation.
Over the past twelve years, ncc has helped the Executive Management of many organisations to identify and formulate corporate strategy. Centring around the organisation‘s vision or corporate guidelines, ncc works together with clients to develop realistic and sustainable strategic concepts. ncc helps organisation leaders to align the value contribution of their divisions with their strategic objectives.
